Driving Directions

Because Round Mountain Falls is a gated community, you will not have access to the community if you come without an appointment. Please call 866-936-5263 to arrange a tour in advance of your visit.

From I-85 (Charlotte, NC.)

  • From I-85 South, merge onto US-74 West via Exit 10B towards Kings Mountain / Shelby.
  • Continue on US-74 approximately 40-miles.  Merge onto US–74 West / I-26 West.
  • Take exit 49B onto US Highway 64 towards Hendersonville.
  • Continue through Hendersonville on US-64 to Brevard…approximately 20-miles.
  • Once in Brevard, continue through town on Hwy-64 to Frozen Creek Road…approximately 10-miles.
  • At Frozen Creek Road, turn LEFT and continue to STOP SIGN…approximately 5-miles.
  • Landmark:  On the left corner of Frozen Creek Road you will see a light blue building with the business name of M&M Grading.  From this point you are within 10-minutes.
  • At STOP SIGN, turn RIGHT onto Old Toxaway Road and travel approximately 1-mile.
  • The entrance to Round Mountain Falls will be on the left.


From Asheville (Intersection of I-40 & I-26)

  • From I-40 merge onto I-26 East (Hendersonville / Spartanburg / Asheville Airport)
  • Travel 9.4-miles
  • NC-280, Exit 40 towards Asheville Regional Airport / Arden
  • Turn Right onto New Airport Road / NC-280 South
  • Travel 16-miles
  • NC-280 South becomes US-64 West.
  • Once in Brevard, continue through town on Hwy-64 to Frozen Creek Road…approximately 10-miles.
  • At Frozen Creek Road, turn LEFT and continue to STOP SIGN…approximately 5-miles.
  • Landmark:  On the left corner of Frozen Creek Road you will see a light blue building with the business name of M&M Grading.  From this point you are within 10-minutes.
  • At STOP SIGN, turn RIGHT onto Old Toxaway Road and travel approximately 1-mile.
  • The entrance to Round Mountain Falls will be on the left.

 

From I-85 (Atlanta)

  • From I-85 North, merge onto US-76W / SC-28W via Exit 19B toward Clemson.
  • Travel approximately 11 miles on US-76W SC-28W.
  • Turn right onto US-123N.  Travel approximately 11 miles on US-123N.
  • Take US-178 ramp toward Liberty.  Follow US-178 approximately 30 miles.
  • Turn left onto Old Toxaway Road.  Travel approximately 5 miles on Old Toxaway Road.
  • The entrance to the Development will be on the left-hand side.
